Design Of An Efficient Rectifier Circuit For Rf Energy Harvesting System

An efficient rectifier system along with an impedance matching network is proposed in this article. Impedance matching network is designed using two microstrip lines. Rectifier system for better RF to DC conversion is designed using a bridge rectifier. The proposed rectifier system provides a maximum efficiency of 50%. The impedance matching network improves the overall system performances significantly. The circuit simulator ADS 2015 is used for this system design. Performances of the proposed system are analysed using simulation results only. This proposed rectifier system along with the impedance matching network can be useful for the design of an efficient RF energy harvesting system
Prospect Of Gnr As Channel Material For Tunnel Field Effect Transistor

The design and simulation of a P-Channel Tunnel Field Effect Transistors (TFETs) with Graphene Nanoribbon (GNR) as channel material is carried out to achieve low sub-threshold swing and high on-off current ratio from the device. A self-consistent iterative method is used to solve one-dimensional Poisson equation subject to appropriate boundary conditions and obtain the energy band diagram. The drain current is calculated from the energy dependent tunneling probability and Fermi functions at the source and drain regions. The channel length, ribbon width and gate oxide thickness of the device are appropriately designed to achieve high performance from the device. It is observed that the optimized device provides high ON-OFF current ratio (6.5×104 ) and low sub-threshold swing (8mV/decade), for a channel length of 20 nm and channel width of 4 nm.
Comparative Analysis Of Single Image Shadow Detection And Removal In Aerial Images

The article for the specific region segmentation is discussed here. This paper compares the work done on the contour model based shadow detection algorithm with the random field model based shadow detection method. The contouring based shadow detection model adapts the traditional geometric active contours that the contour is steadily subjective toward segmenting the shadow region and the dark regions in the image. The shadow region segmentation follows the post processing for optimal threshold calculation. The complexity metric is constructed to separate the boundary of true shadow regions. Whereas the random field model based shadow detection method uses a superficial surface descriptor, and colour shade, to describe the colour surface variants. The conditional random field is combined with the colour descriptors to find illumination pairs and obtain the shadow regions. The shadow region riddance by local colour constancy uses anisotropic diffusion to estimate the local image pixel illumination in shadow region and provides the better performance in shadow region illumination enhancement.
Rain Streaks Removal In Image Via Decomposition And Visibility Feature Saturation

The rain like streaks or spots in the gray or colour image may degrade its quality. Several removals techniques are available to remove by using high frequency components which may increase unnecessary intensity. In this paper we are comparing the rain removal algorithm by traditional decomposition methods with visibility features extraction methodology. The frequently used saturation-visibility feature (SVF) rain and removal mainly used orientation filter with digitally controlled high pass filter or HPF. The visual depth guide or VDG may by help of the common morphological features. The high-frequency fragments, histogram of adjusted grades, popular Eigen colour, strength of ground are necessary for extract rain are discussed in this paper. Different experimental results are compared the efficacy of the rain removal algorithms and the result shows that VDG is better than the SVF method but required more computations time.

Measurement Of Mechanical Properties And Microstructure Of Cu-Ni-Cr Spinodal Alloy

The objective of the present examination is to learn the microstructure of copper-nickel-chromium spinodal alloy and its outcome on mechanical properties. A commercially important Cu-28.9%Ni-2.8%Cr alloy has been heat treated to create spinodal structures. Optical and transmission electron microscopic revision have been carried to learn the spinodally decomposed product and to compute the wavelengths in the sampling. The lattice imaging system of high-resolution electron microscopy is useful to investigate the compositional fluctuations in this alloy. Homogenized and solution treated samples were aged at various temperatures for unlike phase of time. The correlation of mechanical properties with microstructure then demonstrates a dependence of yield stress growth on lattice parameter change between the two phases.

Background/Objectives: the talented people are important role of success in organizations, the goals of this study is to determine the used organization techniques to recruit and select, develop and maintain talent. Also examine the relationship between recruitment and selection, development used by organizations and their talent management. The survey method was selected for this research. Methods/ Statistical analysis: The Research tool is a structured questionnaire. This study is Settings of international companies in Iran. The Questionnaire was conducted by human resource managers in the organization. The result indicate that HR planning and selection are the most common techniques used by the organization to recruit and techniques. Also, training programs continuously developing talent is the method used by the organization to develop their talents. Findings: The findings showed that the most important strategy to preservation talent is clarifying job responsibilities and career paths. In this study is that what techniques are used for the recruitment and choosing in this organization to predict the talent management.

The paper represents a novel approach to overcome the major challenges face by blind and partially blind people to cross the road and read. The proposed voice stick used to cross the road and reach their destination without any support. It is introduced a new technique to read printed material using Android phone. Low cost able to serve as a smart blind stick being more efficient and helpful than the conventional one. This will assist the blind persons during the walk and provides an alarm if any hurdle is detected within the set range.

Multipliers are the most essential block of any processor. Multiplication is one of the important operations in digital signal processors. The processing speed of a ALU is depends on its logic algorithm and complexity of hardware circuitry delay. Basically delay is depending on number of bits increases. For efficient processors, delay should minimum; to minimize delay optimized hardware architecture for process is required. Vedic Multipliers are able to deal with the above credential of minimum hardware architecture.
